The role - Configure, run optimize Azure virtual machines, networks, security groups, storage accounts, and other resources. - Supervising the performance of Azure resources, implement scaling measures, and ensure the stable operation of the system. - Lead and optimize Azure security services, such as Azure Security Center, Azure Policy, and Azure Firewall. **Microsoft 365 Platform Support** - Lead all aspects of the service management of M365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc. - Lead user accounts, licenses, mail flow, and service configurations to ensure efficient platform operation. - Improve the security of M365 by implementing security policies using tools like Microsoft 365 Defender and Microsoft Cloud App Security. **Daily Operations and Technical Support** - Respond to and resolve technical issues in Azure and M365 environments to ensure service continuity. - Conduct regular system checks and maintenance plans to mitigate potential risks. **Documentation and Knowledge** - Record and maintain all operations and configuration changes to ensure effective knowledge transfer. - Compile regular system performance reports and provide improvement suggestions. - Maintain documentation of system configurations, operational procedures, and security policies. - Write and update technical documents, user guides, and training materials to promote sharing section within the team. What we need to see from you **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. **Work Experience**: Operations and security management on Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms. **Technical Skills**: - Proficient in Azure resource management, network security, and storage management. - Familiar with Microsoft 365 services and their security configurations. - Knowledgeable in implementing cloud security standard methodologies, with relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate) preferred. - Skilled in using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and other automation tools. **Soft Skills**: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling sophisticated technical issues. - Good interpersonal ability, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members. - Self-motivated with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and changes quickly.
