Salesforce Functional Solution Architect: • 8+ years’ experience as Salesforce Business Analyst • Strong experience in Agile way of working • Conduct pre- PI planning sessions • Create and Manage environment strategy • Manage performance review and act timely to strengthen the team • Manage and distribute the workload effectively across tracks and resources • Apply strong Salesforce product, business process, methodology & ecosystem knowledge to drive success • Identify, handle, and mitigate program risk • Experience managing multiple Scrum teams across onshore/offshore • Ability to create professional project management templates • Experience in managing external and internal Stakeholders. • Experience in sprint planning, estimating, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue & escalation management. • Ability to work with different levels of management throughout an organization, excellent customer focus. • Good Communication, Analytical & problem-solving skill. “Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$150,000] to [$200,000].
