Deliver end-to-end implementation services, including data preparation, model building, report design, and publishing. Participate in the installation, deployment, upgrade, migration, and troubleshooting of BI products to ensure efficient performance and customer happiness. Conduct customer training to ensure effective use of Tableau and Power BI tools. Serve as a technical expert, addressing customer inquiries regarding the use of Tableau and Power BI. Develop technical documentation and user manuals to help users understand product features. What we need to see from you Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven track record working with Tableau and Power BI. Solid grasp of data analysis and data visualization. Ability to handle projects independently of concept to completion. Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications related to Tableau and Power BI. Experience with SQL and Python for data processing. Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL tools, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
