The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in pre-sales, a strong background in **Load Balancing** and **Security** , and a passion for delivering high-value solutions to our clients. Proficiency in **Spanish** is required to support our diverse client base in the region. You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions that drive business outcomes for enterprise-level clients. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Pre-Sales Engagement** : Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and create tailored solutions using **AVI Load Balancer** and **vDefend Firewall** technologies. + **Solution Design** : Lead the design and architecture of complex security and load balancing solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability for enterprise clients. + **Technical Presentations** : Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the value and capabilities of AVI and vDefend Firewall. + **Client Relationship** : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for all security and load balancing needs. + **Solution Development** : Guide the development of high-level designs and architecture diagrams that align with best practices and client requirements. + **Collaboration** : Work closely with product management, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and ongoing customer success. + **Knowledge Transfer** : Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and customers on the effective deployment and management of AVI and vDefend Firewall solutions. **Qualifications & Skills:** + **Experience** : 12+ years of experience in pre-sales, with a deep focus on **Load Balancing** , **Security** , and **Application Delivery** . + **Technical Expertise** : + Advanced expertise in **Load Balancers** and **Firewall(L4, L7)** . + Strong knowledge of security technologies, including **Firewall Technologies** , **Network Security** , **DDoS Protection, NDR, Malware Prevention, IDPS.** + Experience with application delivery solutions, including **application routing, scaling** , **WAF** and **F** **ailover strategies** . + Experience with K8S, Tanzu and OpenShift is preferred + Experience with automation frameworks like Ansible or Terraform is preferred. + Hands on experience with any of the Hypervisors vSphere, KVM and Hyper-V + **Solution Architecture** : Proven track record in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions for enterprise clients. + **Pre-Sales Experience** : Extensive experience in pre-sales activities such as customer assessments, solution presentations, and proposal development. + **Language Proficiency** : Fluency in **Spanish** is a must.
