Reporting to the Sales Director P&P, this position is the customer-facing solution owner, engaging with companies across EMEA, from pre-sales and solution design, through to implementation of color management solutions and beyond. This is a remote position based in Italy or Spain. In this role, a typical day will look like: + Developing a deep understanding of account needs, creating program requirements & specifications + Guiding projects through pilot and implementation stages + Delivering training and technical support + Managing a smooth transition to Application Support + Relaying the Voice of Customer to R&D and product managers + Collaborating with our sister companies (i.e., Pantone, Esko etc) on shared strategic accounts. The essential requirements of the job include: + **Fluent in Italian and Spanish** .
