Solution Architect - Core
The System Integration Specialist is responsible for the integration and customization of Nokia solutions and 3rd party platforms to meet customer requirements. Creates, deploys, and integrates; enables rating, charging and provisioning of new services based on the operator's processes on service integration and business management systems. This is a multi-domain multi-BG role which is typically not customer facing.  Provides leadership and a senior level solution consulting service in customer project; ability to understand customer's business and technical needs and ability to translate them into a solution, Designs and executes complex integration, operations or performance solutions for customers & shares professional knowledge to guide others. Candidate will be responsible for managing team for one of Solution Area and bring thought leadership in customer engagement. Candidate will also be responsible for quality delivery and delivery project KPI tracking and adhering.  Manages Nokia Internal Stake holder engagements with solution capabilities from multiple sources and technologies.  Builds understanding and preference for Nokia products and solutions by influencing regional team decisions and strategic direction.  Demonstrates significant operational as well as commercial knowledge of clients' business and uses this to build credibility as well as identify sales opportunities. Defines new & innovative delivery model and package integrated solutions not only limited to Nokia Net's portfolio Leads training, development, and co-ordination of activities of more junior consultants, and regularly leads project teams.  System Integration Project and execution plan management. Provides delivery value proposition & model. Ensuring competent resources on time every time. Working with other teams and ensuring high performance team across location Presales support for portfolio

Main Responsibility Area: -

Qualifications

Around 10 years of experience in Packet Core Projects Knowledge and Experience for Packet Core Equipment: MME, S/PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF Knowledge and Experience for Nokia Packet Core equipment: cMM, cMG, NRD Capable of understanding Technical Notes, Protocol Specs, Method of Procedure Linux knowledge is an advantage Basic understanding of Project Management skill is an advantage Computer: MS Office, Teams Language: English.

 

Responsible for Packet Core domain project delivery schedule creation Responsible to support Project Manager in creation of Project schedule and Resource Management plan Accountable for Project technical documents initiation, creation and delivery, according to customer and internal procedures Accountable to consult Project stakeholders with all technical questions related to CPC Responsible for managing of project technical risks Manage Packet Core project technical team on daily basics, including specific tasks assignment and control of their execution, coordinate engineer’s work according customer demands and expectation Accountable and responsible for closure and follow up of all Tickets raised towards Salesforce/4LS/R&D SA/TPM is accountable for tickets consolidation, prioritization and escalation Coordination/communication with customer and other stake holders related to technical delivery.  Responsible for reporting project weekly updates to management Responsible for care handover of Project Responsible to contribute to improvement of SCD DQ (Delivery Quality) KPI by reviewing the need to raise Care case
