We are seeking an experienced and innovative Solution Architect – Customer Data to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance customer data solutions. This role focuses on integrating and optimizing technologies like Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AWS to drive strategic business initiatives around customer experience, analytics, and data management. The ideal candidate will balance business needs, technical solutions, and global regulatory requirements, ensuring the seamless flow of customer data across systems while maintaining data integrity, security, and performance.
Your Impact
You design and implement robust and scalable customer master data solutions. Ensure data is effectively managed and available for insights, decision-making, and customer engagement You lead the technical design to unify customer data, ensuring synchronization, data consistency, and a single source of truth for customer information You leverage cloud platforms to build and deploy scalable solutions that manage customer data securely and efficiently You implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance with industry standards[DE1] and ensure customer data is managed in compliance with regulatory requirements. (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts, data scientists, developers, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Function as the key technical advisor for customer data initiatives
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on customer data systems and cloud technologies. Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Data Cloud or other CDP experience a plus. Strong expertise in AWS architecture, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, API Gateway, and others. Proven experience in designing and implementing customer data platforms, including integration with third-party systems, APIs, and data lakes/warehouses

GCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
