Key Responsibilities\:
(1) Manage the development of commercial offers and proposals, tenders, and quotations to secure new business opportunities
· Prepare and write with countries consultancy and project offers, in cooperation with consultants, ensuring highest level of quality, and leveraging our library of offers
· Understanding customer needs\: Identifying market opportunities (consulting and implementation services) by analysing customer needs and preferences, coordinate with internal teams, managing communication to ensure project requirements are understood
· Deciding on the offer and engagement model\: Deciding on how to build the offer based on defined scope, and what services to offer around it
· Articulating business value\: Ensuring that the SE business value is clearly articulated in offer and tendering documents
· Establishing priorities and timelines\: Setting cross-discipline priorities and tracking timelines
· Develop Quotation strategy\: Building country-wise/region-wise commercial pricing model, determining appropriate prices based on customer requirements while ensuring competitiveness
· Tendering and quotation\: assess feasibility, coordinate tender responses/offers and any other project documentation, ensure compliance with customer requirements and tender regulations, manage project timelines and deadlines
(2) Additional back-office support
· Build and manage library of customer presentations, use cases, customer success stories, and other artefacts in collaboration with consulting and technical teams
· Build and Maintain “offer database” for all ongoing and upcoming customer projects
· Conduct secondary market research, competitive analysis, industry trend analysis to support consulting engagements.
· Assist in creating financial summaries and reports for internal and client-facing purposes
· Assist in data analysis, creating summaries and dashboards for consulting teams
Skills & Qualifications\:
(1) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Business, Management, or related field
(2) 3 -5 years of experience in offer management, tendering, or back-office support role, in a consulting or professional services environment
(3) Familiarity with data analysis and financial reporting
(4) Strong presentation and writing skills, PowerPoint.
(5) Capacity to work on tight schedule
