The Senior Information Architect is a member of the Enterprise Architecture team focused on the Marketing, Sales & Services (MS&S) application and Information Technology (IT4IT) portfolio. As a leader of Information Architects, you will focus the team to modernize and shape information architecture to support Ford’s digital business strategy in Marketing, Sales & Services and Information Technology.

This role will lead the team focused on information architecture in our Servicing Experience platform, CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.com), ServiceNow platform, and our Dealer 360 program.
