Leidos’s Office of Technology, Digital Modernization Sector team currently has an opening for a Solution Architect with a well-rounded expertise in IT logistics, asset management, and IT service management (ITSM) to support our growing portfolio of IT solutions. This position is ideal for a generalist who brings a strong foundation in IT logistics, inventory and warehouse management, and asset lifecycle management, along with complementary skills in ITSM, configuration management, and related areas. In this role, you will be responsible for designing solutions and crafting proposals that address the full spectrum of logistics and asset management requirements for IT services contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are comprehensive, competitive, and aligned with industry best practices, helping us to capture new business opportunities. Candidates should either possess or be capable of obtaining a DoD Clearance at the Secret level.
Primary Responsibilities
•Develop and design end-to-end solutions that integrate IT logistics, warehouse and inventory management, asset tracking, and ITSM processes to meet client requirements.
•Analyze RFPs/RFIs for IT logistics and asset management needs, translating requirements into tailored, scalable solutions.
•Create detailed proposals, including technical specifications, implementation plans, and budget estimates, to support the capture of new contracts.
•Collaborate with solution architects and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in operations, IT, finance, and project management to align solution designs with customer capabilities and industry standards.
•Develop processes for asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and end-of-life disposal, to optimize IT asset utilization.
•Integrate ITSM practices, such as incident management, change management, and configuration management, into logistics and asset management solutions to improve operational efficiency and support contract compliance.
•Design configuration management and IT asset tracking solutions that align with industry standards, ensuring data accuracy, visibility, and regulatory compliance.
•Identify and mitigate risks within logistics and asset management solutions by conducting thorough risk assessments and developing contingency plans.
•Prepare and deliver presentations of proposed solutions to internal and external stakeholders, articulating the value and benefits of our approach.
Basic Qualifications
•BS degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain
•Broad skillset with a foundation in IT logistics, warehouse/inventory management, and asset lifecycle management.
•Proven experience in IT service management (ITSM), including familiarity with practices such as configuration management, change management, and incident management.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
•Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Experience in budgeting, cost modeling, and preparing detailed solution documentation.
•Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously while working as part of new business capture and proposal teams
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent written and oral communication capability
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience with IT asset management tools, inventory tracking systems, and configuration management databases (CMDB).
•Knowledge of contract compliance, especially in government or regulated environments.
•Certification in ITIL, PMP, or related ITSM frameworks is an advantage.

Pay Range:Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
