Let's work together to maximize each other's added value.ABB Process Automation Energy Industry (PAEN), offers innovative solutions in digital solutions, industrial automation and command control/DCS for industries such as Oil & Gas, petrochemicals, energy or pharmaceuticals.The working model for this position is as follows: Linkedin #hybridThrough his or her expertise, the Software Solutions Architect defines and presents technical solutions or products adapted to commercial demand.Essential responsibilities:•\tEstablish an in-depth understanding of our customers' business and technical needs. Define and present digital solutions in line with business requirements,•\tCreate a “trusted technical advisor” relationship with our customers' technical managers. De-velop a solution architecture framework to support the sale of digital solutions at enterprise level,•\tEstablish architecture, hardware requirements, efforts, constraints and limitations of the solu-tion. Provide in-depth technical expertise in software and hardware architecture to ensure the design of an appropriate solution,•\tInterface with engineering and product management teams to ensure alignment with sales process and priorities. Promote ABB digital solutions in appropriate sales channels to stimu-late demand and maintain interest,•\tDefine, drive and be responsible for the implementation of major strategic initiatives across a broad scope/platform, liaising with key stakeholders,•\tParticipate in project launches, explaining the proposed technical solution with points of vigilance,This position can be based in one of ABB France's 3 branches (Beynost, Marseille, or Orsay).
Qualifications for the role\tInformation systems engineer or significant experience in a similar field.\tRelevant and practical professional experience in the industry. Significant expertise in developing and selling digital solutions\tStrong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity, and the ability to communicate effectively and influence the choice of solutions for technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization.\tProven problem-solving and creative skills, ability to exercise sound judgment and make relevant decisions in light of market trends and customer needs,\tAbility to go beyond the status quo. Willingness to travel, up to 30% of the time.
