Solution Architect WMS/TMS (Manhattan Active)

Location\: Bangalore, India

Job Description\:

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Solution Architect WMS/TMS in our Bangalore, India location.

In this role you will be part of the team accountable for delivering a multi-year transformation initiative. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our warehouse and transportation management systems using Manhattan Active products.

This role requires a deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and system integration.

Main Responsibilities\:

Responsible for design and architecture of WMS/TMS & processes with integration to WCS, 3PL, ERP, CMS systems.

·  Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and transportation logistics.

·  Leading and solutioning requirements working with DC Operations/Engineering Teams for proposed technical designs, end to end Solution Process Design, process flows and system solution architecture.

·  Lead the integration of Manhattan WMS and TMS with other enterprise systems.

·  Ensure system performance, scalability, and security through continuous monitoring and optimization.

·  Provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team.

·  Conduct regular reviews and audits of system configurations and processes.

·  Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in warehouse and transportation management.

Map and design data models for Analytics and Reporting.Lead integration with peripheral systems and equipment such as label printing solutions, printers, scanners, MHE equipment such as conveyors, AGV, ASRS system.

Qualifications/Skills \:

·  Experienced in MAWM or MATM 

·  Experienced in Warehousing Management System Integration with multiple ERP

·  Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and architecture.

·  Experienced in Warehousing transformation projects & Supply Chain Warehousing Management (Picking, Packing, Shipping, inventory management, materials management, Receiving)

·  Solid exposure of Manhattan, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data integration (middleware), Operations (infrastructure, IT operations, SLAs, etc).

·  Communication / consulting skills Collaborative manager with a positive attitude in a multicultural and global environment Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.

·  Ability to communicate with business, technical resources.

 

·  University degree, preferable in IT & Supply Chain – Business school or engineering school

·  Proficient English level

·  International travel as required and Availability to work remote when required or to adapt to other time zones
