The Principal Consultant - Solution Architect with strong expertise to lead and provide technology leadership and oversight on design, development and implementation of solution architecture. This role provides governance to processes and technology, and to ensure that electronic procurement services (EPS) design is consistent with client established guidelines and industry best practices.
 
• Responsible for solution architecture and assist in the design of EPS solution, and provide quality assurance services for the key deliverables. 
• Responsible for architectural design and analysis of electronic procurement services project with solution partners and ensure systems application architecture team delivers as per the guideline and terms. 
• Responsible to prepare and present solution architecture, technical presentations, and lead the technical teams to deliver milestone deliverables. 
• Manage and collaborate with technical teams to assure architectural solution could be suitably translated into effectual and robust implementation.
• Responsible to provide enterprise solutions using middleware technologies preferably SAP Ariba (SaaS), SAP, Oracle ESB and SAP PI/PO ESB middleware integration technologies.
• Responsible for communication and initiate proactively with client contact as part of EPS technical deliverables and address the concerns on needed basis.
• Responsible to deliver artifacts, technical analysis documents and architectural designs that meet business requirements and oversees design reviews and frameworks
• Manage and adapts methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
• Understands the strategic direction of the client and set by senior management and it relates to team goals.
 
Detailed Qualification and Experience: 
• Overall 11+ years of related professional experience, as solution architect with preferably SaaS based ERP solutions working in the large IT programs for public or government sector based clients.
• Must have 10+ years of experience in providing enterprise solutions using middleware technologies preferably SAP Ariba (SaaS), SAP, Oracle ESB, SAP PI/PO ESB middleware integration technologies.
• Must have 10+ years of experience delivering IT cloud infrastructure and working experience of one or multiple IT areas such as enterprise solution architecture, infrastructure, integration and business analytics. 
• Must have prior experience to provide technology leadership and oversight on design, development and implementation of solutions. 
• Strong experience with Agile practices, continuous integration, writing testable code and performance analysis
• Strong experience in complete SDLC of project management
• Strong experience in Enterprise architecture, solution architecture and infrastructure architecture.
• Must have strong experience and understanding in EA frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman etc
• Knowledge and experience in successful modernization at large corporations and/ or consulting organizations.
• Must have strong understanding of end to end enterprise integration design and architecture. 
• Strong experience with performance engineering and educating teams on non-functional requirements.
 
Education:   
• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, required from an accredited institution. 
• Professional certification and post-graduate degree are desired.
