Solution Architect - Process Manufacturing

Role Overview: CTG is seeking an expert Solution Architect with a strong background in the process manufacturing industry. In this role, you will advise customers globally on the intersection of technology and process, guiding them through their digital transition to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will translate customer requirements into comprehensive and high-quality solutions, working closely with the project manager and technical architect. From kick-off to go-live, you will be responsible for the technical and substantive realization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. Key Responsibilities: Define the "Solution Landscape" based on Business Assessments and support its implementation and validation. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of design layouts and test scenarios. Deliver project deliverables and work products. Balance project objectives with resource objectives, managing the project team to ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards. Provide support and advice throughout the pre-sales process. Supervise a project team consisting of analysts and developers across various disciplines, including solution architecture, application consulting, technology consulting (hardware and software), development, and Service Project Management. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementations within the process manufacturing industry, either from a consultancy or business perspective. Experience with risk-based approach implementations and knowledge of GxP, GAMP5, dispensing, quality assurance, and qualified person requirements. Knowledge of system or software validation is a plus. Understanding of quality and production processes in the process manufacturing industry. Experience with or knowledge of conducting audits. Proven leadership skills with experience in functional team management. Ability to independently set up analysis and design within multiple processes. Strong communication skills, able to work independently and interact fluently with both internal colleagues and external customers. Willingness to travel. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
