Finastra is seeking a Lead Business Solutions Consultant – Treasury and Capital Market in Singapore (Preferred) or Indonesia. Responsibilities & Deliverables: The Global Solutions Consultants Group works with various Finastra teams (sales, marketing, product management, global delivery, customer support) to ensure that all pre-sales activities are executed to the highest possible standards and ensure that all proposals provide a compelling value proposition and truly meet the customer’s needs. Members of the Global Solutions Group have a wide range of both business & technical skills and competencies, are highly motivated and drive best practice approach to all pre-sales activities, client facing demos, customer workshops and RFI and RFP management processes. Your deliverables as Lead Business Solutions Consultant – Treasury and Capital Market will include, but are not limited to: Understanding and keeping up to date with best practices on the designated Finastra Treasury solution Researching market trends and applying them to the appropriate region and product area Giving recommendations on how we can better position our solutions with focus on technology and architecture advancements Collaborating with different groups to ensure readiness of different solution interfaces Coordinating product roadmap with Product Management and Development teams Providing product sizing information that will position our solution as the best fit to the business requirements of our prospective customers Creating and Reviewing RFI/RFP proposals made to customers in order to improve the value proposition and demonstration scenarios Using your technical expertise to help build wining solutions on the Central Demo or client specific environments as part of Proof of Concept exercises Conducting Solution Demonstrations focusing on business and operations value befits Promoting current services being offered to regional GSC and other relevant groups Assisting in creating compelling marketing material and other sales collateral; participating in the Go to Market plans for designated initiatives Working with, and providing training and assistance for regional Sales and GSC teams in the designated application areas Assisting in establishing and developing third party and partners relationships Recommending and documenting new processes that will result in cost reduction Candidate Attributes: Business Skills Strong knowledge with Asia Treasury and Capital Market front and middle office requirements. Front office Treasury instruments (FX, MM, Bond, Repo, FX Options, Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives and Structured Product) pricing model, market data and risk. Middle office on credit risk (Credit Limit, SACCR, CVA/PFE), market risk (VaR, backtesting and FRTB) Good understanding of Enterprise Market Risk with ALM, IRRBB, FTP, Liquidity Management and IFRS 9) Good Pre-sales attitude with proactive engagement with internal (especially with sales team) and customer Good mathematic skills Good team player and intercommunication skills Analytical and strong problem-solving skills Good presentation skills, ability to express complex technical and business topics in English Knowledge of specific countries Treasury market practice is a plus implementation experiences in Asia Pacific is a plus Bank Treasury dealing and/or support experiences is a plus Leading sales support engagement for specific opportunitie(s) is a plus Technical Skills Hands on with Treasury and risk applications Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Language Sills English Indonesia (Bahasa) preferred Working Experiences Preferably minimum 5-10 years working experiences in Treasury and risk vendor software vendors Others Good Bachelor’s degree in IT or Finance/Accounting FRM and CFA qualifications is a plus Analytical and strong problem-solving skills Good presentation skills, ability to express complex technical and business topics in English Willingness to travel occasionally within the Asia Pacific region on short term assignments
