The FNZ Solution Consulting team is a dedicated & focused division, that provides a range of high value Platform Consulting services to both new and existing customers. This includes running the FNZ Model Wealth Solution workshop & configuration process for new platform implementations; Supporting sales team in winning & scoping new projects; Defining, challenging and communicating the solutions, in the given client - delivery focused environment.

We are on the search for an experienced Solution Consultant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur and to play a key role, working on Asia projects, and providing leadership and expertise across the following areas:

Providing up to date knowledge, awareness of current trends and future direction of the local asset management industryPresenting & explaining existing FNZ capabilityDefining, challenging & controlling scope of a projectCapturing & documenting customer business outcomes to create requirements, solution designs and agreement of Joint Target Operating ModelsPlatform integration designBusiness transformation support and consultancy servicesRegulation and advice on platform complianceCustomer training programmes and knowledge transferPlatform configuration and delivering the MWS processAnalyst & Developer handovers and supportFunctional Reviews & TDD walkthroughsDefect verification

Our ideal candidate will have

A relevant 1st class degree or equivalent experienceExperience working within a Business Analysis / Product Owner / Consulting roleExperience working in the Wealth Management Industry, ideally with the knowledge of the EPF and PRS Pension schemes, or other Wealth Platform domainsExperience in configuring and implementing FinTech projects, defining the solutions, clarifying the project process, and running regular workshopsAn understanding of the regional regulatory environment and a detailed knowledge of regulatory change requirementsGood communication skills, confident in dealing with high levels of internal and external client, and stakeholder interaction and managementConfident, independent, self-directing and delivery focused working styleSuperior analytical thinking, a complex problem solver who is commercially aware and solution & execution focusedHave strong technology, analytical and data interpretation skillsHighly developed written and oral English communicationFlexibility with business traveling
