Role Purpose
The Solution Consultant is responsible for pre-sales activities, especially understanding customers' and partners' situations, creating solution proposals, and convincing customers with demos and presentations.
The Solution Consultant will work in ASEAN and be part of the APAC team. Good communication with the APAC team will be important for this role.
Job Metrics Proposal reviews involve analyzing customer requirements and negotiating the details directly with customers Create specific configurations and quotes based on customers’ needs, and sign off on technical proposals for customers Prepare and handle off the project won to the service team for execution to ensure smooth implementation Taking ownership of all the proposal deals by coordinating with stakeholders in both the ASEAN and APAC teams with goals aiming to provide timely solutions using the Verint product portfolio that meet our customers' needs.
In what areas will you perform?
Area Key Tasks Core Tasks Communicate as part of APAC resources and work together in order to produce the best solution that fulfills customers' requirements. Research and implement the best practices framework that will control costs, provide higher re-usability & quality, and increase the predictability of our service delivery. Set high-level design objectives using customer case requirements, and review and critique software designs proposed by Verint delivery and engineering developers. Lead the production of deployment architecture and solution-level design documents. Be innovative, continuously think and assess the next step, and be one step ahead of our customers. Execute demo and presentation to show the value of Verint solution not only for prospects but also for marketing activities. Drive and initiate cloud sales activity. Give local market feedback weekly to improve GTM strategy. To understand business processes within the contact center environment. To build, document, and present business cases for Verint solutions. To position and present the proposed solution to end users, technical staff, operations, senior managers, and C-level. To identify groups that need to be educated on technology and deliver the required training and knowledge transfer. To organize training sessions for channels and alliance professionals on how to sell and position the Company and its solutions for the Contact Centre market. To take ownership for drafting and managing high quality responses to RFPs and RFIs. To build a strong working relationship with the relevant groups within Verint including engineering, sales, services, alliances and business partners where appropriate. Assist in the selling process of Verint Systems solutions to prospects and current customers. Lead in specifying the integration solutions. Act as an integral team member working to achieve regional and team sales goals. Manage pending sales situations from a technical pre-sales perspective, working along with Sales Directors both in-house and on-site, providing all support for achieving success in sales. To work together within the presales team to handle multiple deals together, along with other tasks presales own and execute. Participation in trade shows. Approximately 30+% travels required. Stakeholders
Act as the primary technical interface to customers as well as to our sales team, owning the technical responsibility for basic requirements analysis, solution architecture, and basic design. Work as a key part of the sales organization to support a heavily led consulting sales and make our solution sales pitches and design work to match customers’ business needs and environment.

Product / Technical
Knowledge in the one of the following areas is critical: VoC, WFM, BI, CTI, CRM, Voice recording, PBX/ACD Knowledge and experiences in the following area are a must-have: web based application, database, networking, and (any) cloud technology Experience in system integration as a member of project for at least 5 years Previous Pre-sales experience answering and proposing for RFP is a definite plus.
