The Role
Drive strategic solutions and make a real impact in Life Sciences with Veeva! Are you a self-starter, dedicated to delivering high-quality work? Do you have a solid understanding of Clinical Trials and the technologies that drive operational success? Join our Clinical Operations team as a Solution Consultant and help customers solve unique business challenges with our cloud-based software applications. Our collaborative team closely partners with Sales and Strategy to support the technical aspects of the sales cycle. As a key contributor, you’ll offer deep domain expertise and tailored product demonstrations across Veeva Vault Clinical Operations solutions. If you're resourceful, engaging, and passionate about empowering clients through technology, Veeva is where you can do your best work alongside great people.What You'll DoWork closely with new and existing customers to translate requirements and business needs into viable Veeva Vault Clinical Operations solutionsProvide value-based presentations and demonstrations to support new business development opportunitiesWork internally with Sales, Product & Strategy teams to provide feedback, insight, and strategically position our solutionsSupport existing customers with new initiatives that lead to the expansion of our current clinical footprint or new service opportunitiesLead Sales Workshops and Proof of Concepts (POCs)Provide solution-based responses to Request for Proposals/Information (RFx/RFIs)Support Marketing activities such as record videos, present webinars, and attend industry eventsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree3+ years’ experience within the Life Sciences industryUnderstanding of Clinical Operations (i.e. familiarity with clinical trials, regulatory compliance, and industry workflows)Willingness to travel 20-30%, primarily in the US (as needed)Ability to quickly learn new technologies and industry trendsAbility to configure software for demos and proof-of-conceptsComfortable troubleshooting and answering technical questionsAbility to position the solution’s ROI and value proposition effectivelySkilled in managing expectations and adjusting messaging diplomaticallyEnjoys educating customers and internal teams on best practicesNice to HavePre-sales experienceConsultative-selling experienceExperience working in Clinical Operations functions within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or CRO organizationsExperience working with Vault solutionsUnderstanding of SaaS/Cloud solutions and technologyPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $80,000 - $200,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
