Transformation Team, is dedicated to driving organizational change and innovation. By adopting a "One Team" approach, the team ensures seamless collaboration across various departments and functions, fostering a unified effort towards achieving strategic goals.
About the Role
The primary purpose of the Transformation Solution Consultant II, is to support the development and implementation of innovative solutions that drive organizational change and improve business processes. This position exists to assist senior consultants and project teams in analysing current operations, identifying areas for improvement, and executing transformation strategies. The employee is expected to contribute to the successful delivery of projects by providing analytical support, conducting research, executing task and helping to develop actionable recommendations that align with the organisations strategic goals.
Technical Skills
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Basic understanding of project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
• Knowledge of industry-specific technologies and trends.
Soft Skills
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and draw conclusions.
• Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
• Assist in the analysis and documentation of business processes.
• Support the development and implementation of transformation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to deliver solutions.
• Conduct research and gather data to support project objectives.
• Participate in internal and external meetings and presentations
• Meeting project deadlines

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related field. Internships or relevant project experience are a plus.
