Location:       Remote, Europe (Full-Time)

 

Summary

The Solution Consulting Director, EMEA – Install Base is a strategic leader responsible for increasing customer value, through the adoption of additional solutions and processes to meet customer needs and maturity, to enhance their digital transformation journey.
This role involves being a strategic business partner for both sales and customer success whose Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include customer retention and increasing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Sales & Customer Success Partnership: Develop and manage strategic plans with key stakeholders to support OneStream adoption and revenue growth and execute plans effectively. Engage in account planning and road mapping, deal clinics and customer business reviews to Identify and propose areas of process and solution expansion within existing customers. Engage in thought leadership, events, regional customer groups. Acting as a trusted advisor to the customer, and sponsor for key customer accounts. Solution Consulting Leadership: Work alongside the existing solution consulting directors focusing on existing customer accounts. Co-ordinating resources from the regional teams, to deliver product demonstrations ensuring effective resource utilisation. Provide effective and efficient communication and feedback across the company. Participate in dry runs for customer engagements. Effective utilisation of the wider OneStream organisation for qualified opportunities. Sales Execution: Demonstrate innovative approaches to sales cycles and pipeline development. Coordinate with the value team to create compelling business cases to drive OneStream adoption and value realisation studies. Provide examples on how to progress into new solution areas within OneStream, leveraging previous project experience and customer stories. Maintain a high-level knowledge of the OneStream platform, solution network and key competitors and the ability to deliver product demonstrations as needed. Business Improvement: Lead or participate in projects and initiatives to solve problems and improve business processes. Input to product development/commercialisation to promote new and strategic OneStream offerings and functionality.

 

Required Education & Experience

Previous experience leading and implementing transformational projects for enterprises using OneStream or similar CPM tools. 5-10+ years’ experience in sales/presales capacity. Flexible, adaptable, and works well in a cross team environment, able to co-ordinate resource from other teams. Experience in public speaking and thought leadership. Versed in business analysis and financial modelling. Background in Finance/Accounting. Willingness to travel as needed up to 80% People management

 

Preferred Education & Experience

BS Degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable in Computer Science or Technology-related field, MBA or relevant Master’s degree optional. Industry certification(s).

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to articulate the value of advanced OneStream functionalities, including Close and Consolidation, FP&A/xP&A , ESG Reporting and AI portfolio. Ability to assess customer maturity based on previous EPM implementation experience assuring a foundation for future success Excellent communication and presentation skills. Credible, professional, and results-driven. Detail-oriented and able to multi-task. Comfortable interacting with C-level executives.
