About our Team

The 8x8 Velocity team is one that is open, collaborative, and truly passionate about delivering cutting-edge UCaaS/CCaaS products all with a white glove service. They constantly leverage the skill sets of their teammates and colleagues throughout the company in order to provide 8x8 customers with the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide/Execute a detailed deployment/migration project plan with customers.

Meet with the Sales team pre-deployment to gather critical deployment information.

Set and meet critical deployment deadlines with customers.

Act as a single point of contact for any onboarding issues and escalate as needed to the appropriate support team for issue resolution.

Ensure that the customer has sufficient services and products to meet their business needs.

Provide/Coordinate training resources to enable customers to both successfully implement and use 8x8 products.

Track and report on project health during the deployment process.

Conduct post-deployment debriefing meetings with customers to ensure the deployment has met all expectations.

Requirements:

Preferably 3 years of project coordination, customer support training, or leadership experience in a SaaS environment.

Experience in coordinating projects, especially with multiple contributors is required.

Experience with major VOIP Protocols; SIP and MGCP knowledge is a plus

Strong communication and time management skills.

Provide team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to present new ideas and gain consensus with managers.

Working knowledge of routers, switches, and other network components.

Candidate must be flexible in working hours ( UK, US, and ANZ Business Hours) depending on business needs.

Must be able to report to the office when needed.
