Tasks and Qualifications:

This is what you will do: 

Review requirements inputs from and closely collaborate with Solution Consultants in the solution design.Communicate Technological Differentiators to Clients and support presentations.Ensure the accurate representation of the solution in the proposal documentsLead and build 3D models, concepts and layouts (Maestro) and proposal drawings.Thoroughly understand customer RFPs, specifications, and requirements. Understand Client RequirementsProficient in controls, electrical, or mechanical fields, technology sets, or global key accounts. Apply knowledge consistently in projects.Produces material list of equipment and Mechatronics Engineering cost.Submits quote requests to Purchasing and assists in evaluating the quotes from vendors.Create cost breakouts and bridging as required. Develop Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) costing.Participates in internal technical reviews and price review meetings.Responsible for supporting tools and standard work updates. Follows company, department and project procedures, work instructions and practices.Occasional travel is required in this position. Usually, trips are planned and are of short duration. However, requests for travel on short notice may be made and extended travel is sometimes required in support of systems commissioning and acceptance.

What We are Looking For:

BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree. Certification may be required in some areasBasic understanding of professional principals and skills.Optimally uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Good understanding of AutoCAD.3-8 years of experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above. Experience may be substituted for an Advanced degree or equivalent experience, where applicable.
