Responsibilities

Role Purpose:

\n

To develop and design supply chain solutions for complexity level 2 & 3 projects and:

\n\nManage agreement to key business characteristics, assumptions & risks with customer & internal stakeholders\nManage solution design deliverables as work stream leader & manage critical path tasks, risks, issues and mitigations\nValidate customer solutions are based on existing benchmarks & best practice\nConduct sensitivity analysis and stress testing to support \"future proofing\" of proposed solutions\nDevelop and present compelling & competitive customer value based proposals ensuring that Accelerate principles have been applied.

Key Accountabilities

\n\nTo be the country SME in specific solutions design skills and sector-specific skills/ tools\nTo lead and mentor the assigned SD team members on specific skills/ project needs\nTo lead/ support the SD workstream in the pursuit of new business/ renewal of existing\nProvision of solutions/ analytical support for implementation/ re-engineering needs for key/ strategic projects as assigned\nTo establish optimal costing/ commercialisation for New/ Existing business\nEngage and work closely with operations team on implementation of assigned projects\nEngage and work closely with BD and sector team on proposing solution design needs\nChampioned assigned practise/ solution subject matter expertise- build depths via research and application, team development & training, engagement on relevant projects\nOutline solutions and commercial proposals in appropriate formats for presentation to internal / customers. Participate in customer presentations where required\nDevelop and maintain good and effective communication across the business\nActively seek to understand and apply innovation be it facility, fleet, technology or safety to solutions\nRequirements\n5 to 8 years of relevant experience in solution design, automated warehouse solutions or operational experience in contract logistics, supply chain industry\nBachelor's degree / Master's degree in relevant discipline\nUnderstanding of solution design tools, techniques and procedures\nStrong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills\nAn advanced user of tools such as Microsoft Excel to perform complex data analysis\nFluent in English\n
