ROLE TITLE: Solution Design & Professional Services Analyst I

FUNCTIONAL AREA: Professional Services

REPORTS TO: Professional Services Manager (US / Denver, CO)

PURPOSE OF ROLE: implement and deliver Professional Services revenue for Xerox Production line of business.


Position Overview:

Xerox Corporation is currently seeking a customer focused individual with a wide knowledge base for computers, graphics applications, printer-copiers, and networks to provide remote and on-site technical support, sales support, and customer service. We provide networked printer-copiers and print management solutions for small to large business.

The primary job focus is to implement a full range of production print solutions for clients. This requires strong customer service abilities and technical skill set along with business acumen.

Responsibilities:

Proactively support the sales process providing customized demonstrations using customer’s own data/applications to provide observable proof of the integration of workflow within the customer environment.Supporting b2b salespeopleConduct Remote and on-site implementations of software and hardware.Implement a solutions-based product platform that fits within the client's scope and timeline.Conduct end user On-Boarding training to show clients how to maximize our product platforms.Working with a wide range of ancillary IT-related systems.Troubleshooting of currently deployed solutionsCollaborate with team members to resolve complex problems with deployed systems.Deliver Professional Services that align with Xerox Strategies for Xerox Products, Software and Solutions (i.e., Implementation & Training)


Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B support role preferred.Ability to articulate in an ‘easy to understand manner’, complex systems and technologies to audiences with a variety of different levels of understanding.Production print environment familiarityEntry level considerations with work experience.Solid communication and presentation skills over-the-phone, in-person and writtenFamiliarity with Windows and Macintosh Operating Systems.Familiarity with graphic arts applicationsFlexibility to 15% local travel

Physical requirements work environment:

No unusual physical requirements. Light lifting and moving of computer equipment and related accessories may be required. Position will involve being located at or near the client headquarters, along with travel to various client sites; travel may be extensive for periods of time relating to specific program assignments.


Education/Certifications:

College educated with a focus on IT, MIS, or NetworkingIndustry Certifications are a plusValid driver’s license and clean driving recordMust be able to do some light lifting
