Provide leadership on the design & end to end solutions for building GenAI applications.
• Translate detailed requirements into functional specifications.
• Provide high level estimates for project proposals and solution designs.
• Collaborate with skilled Agile team members to understand user needs and design innovative cloud-based solutions for environment provisioning.
• Configure and design applications and workflows, using outside the box thinking, to create innovative ways to advance our client first strategy.
• Collaborate, coach and mentor members of the design and development project team.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to projects, ensuring risks are mitigated and projects are implemented successfully.
• Contribute to defining timelines and plans; analyze and estimate feasibility, cost, time and scope.
• Ensure workflow build, testing, debugging, and implementation activities are completed as required.
• Participate in agile ceremonies.
Your scope of work / key responsibilities:
• Would be responsible for driving the technical solutions for the squad for Gen AI experiments.
• Work with team of Data scientist, Data Engineers, API, UI, etc to deliver solutions.
• Lead the team on technical aspects.
• Work to find solutions to complex problems.
We require someone with / key experience:
• 10+ years of experience in app development and design
• Hands on experience in developing the solution in cloud platforms like AWS
• Experience in AWS Cloud with understanding of Data engineering and Data science work streams.
• Full stack development experience- UI(React), API, SQL/NoSQL DBs, Python, Spark
• DevOps Experience - Container(Docker), Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD
• Drive with ownership and accountability
Certifications:
• AWS Solution Architect or Similar (good to have)
