Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Gaining an understanding of customer requirements and
their impact on the technical direction of a solution.
Analytical Skills Analyzes a chain of events and applies technical

knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed
specifications.  Successfully troubleshoots most application problems independently.  

 

Role:

Operates effectively as part of a larger team and in
managing own work.Is assigned tasks of greater duration
and complexity.Forms productive relationships with internal customers by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.Respond to user problems, explain new technologies, and present deliverables.Cooperates with and works effectively with AHIS colleagues.

Communications Skills:

 

Responsible for writing fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner, adhering to standards.Shares knowledge effectively within the work team.Decision Making May choose an approach or procedure for addressing a work task, under guidance.Receives general direction, work in progress is reviewed routinely.

Duties:

Typically requires 2 or more years of experience and BA/BS
degree or equivalent.Helps collect and define business requirementsGenerates codeGenerates reportsIdentifies and analyzes problemsTests and debugs code Troubleshoots applicationsMaintenance of installed systems – monitors and maintainsProduces and maintains documentation

 

Requirements

Education:

 

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
