Commerce DevOps Hub is being established. The newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with maintaining, but most importantly developing (functionally and technologically) IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at Heineken. Commerce DevOps Hub is located in Kraków and will include highly qualified IT professionals with direct contribution to both the technological development of the Heineken Commerce and the Hub itself.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

design, configure, develop and integrate IT solutions within the tech stack: Azure API Management (APIM) - including API policies, security configurations, versioning, jointly with the team, to enable use cases per the needs of the business ensure APIs adhere to security best practices, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, and token management implement rate limiting, throttling, caching, and other API policies to enhance security and performance monitor API performance using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and other tools to ensure high availability tailor technical solutions for OpCo’s requirements, often leveraging existing products or services customize and configure systems to meet the agreed scope. Develop and maintain configuration rules and logic based on business requirements and industry best practices communicate with users and OpCos, working closely with the architects and other DevOps teams oversee and solve immediate technical or business challenges in integrations integrate solutions with other Heineken systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and process automation conduct thorough testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed maintain and ensure the stability of the platforms from both functional and technical perspectives adhere to solution standards, architectural guidelines knowledge transfer: document configuration processes, guidelines, and best practices for future reference & support with proper knowledge transfer to service delivery and OpCo teams ensure (with the rest of the team) that the appropriate deployment process is in place and is followed. Collaborate with other teams to gather requirements and specifications for product configurations provide support to other Commerce teams by addressing technical queries, highlighting risks, and proposing improvements across different phases of the development cycle coordinate with development teams to maintain the highest quality standards for the product, ensure that all Heineken standards are applied learning: stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in key technologies in our landscape & work on continuous improvement of IT and business processes and their implementation in systems

 

You are a good match if you have:

5+ years of working experience in a similar position developing IT solutions into large multi-nationals a least 2-3 years of hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of mandatory-to-know technologies  strong understanding of configuration management principles and practices good to have experience in the rollout of global solutions operating across global markets experience with distributed systems experience with working in an Agile environment and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery experience with automation testing tools strong communication skills experience in stakeholder management with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels as well as balance views pragmatic, and collaborative team player you thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment and can learn new technologies fast problem-solving skills and ability to make critical technical decisions 

 

Technology Stack: Mandatory to know: Azure API Management, source control management tools such as Git, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, RESTful services, SOAP, RAML, and JSON, graphQL, CI/CD pipelines, Microservices architecture and serverless computing & Good to know: Other middleware platforms: Boomi, Mulesoft, Solace, Seeburger,  Azure functions, Azure logic Apps, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Powershell, Python, Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing (Azure Functions)
