Solution Engineer
 

The Solution Engineer is responsible for the configuration parts of the delivery process, and accountable for the technical delivery.  The Solution Engineer is an expert with the Employee Compliance product, and can easily translate customer's requirements into technical product capabilities.  The Solution Engineer is an expert troubleshooter and also assists the product development team in troubleshooting technical issues that may arise during the delivery of the solution. 
 

What you’ll contribute:

Lead the technical delivery of the Employee Compliance tool built upon Intapp’s market-leading products (such as Intapp Open, Intapp Time, Intapp Walls and others)Lead customers to utilize industry leading practicesProvide analysis of customer needs and implementation recommendationsWork closely with project team members such as the Engagement Manager, Consultant and other Solution Engineers to deliver the solutionProvide analysis of client needs and implementation recommendationsWork closely with the product team to improve the productWork with the professional services team to improve processWork with sales to provide assistance in delivering new solutions to new customers
 

What you’ll need:

2-4 years of experience in a technical implementation roleTechnical degree: BS, MS or Strong Equivalent ExperienceProven ability to learn and a strong desire to learnResults oriented, resourceful and comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customersSelf-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-taskExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical usersExcellent written and verbal communication skills are a mustExcellent organizational and administrative skills; candidates must be detail-orientedTeam player with the ability to coordinate work with all team membersExperience in the compliance sector, in particular experience with/working with Financial services, Accounting, Consulting and PE firms.Experience with systems integrations, business process integrations, and automation, and master data managementSoftware development knowledge with a strong understanding of logic, patterns and algorithmsCloud and SAAS experienceIssue tracking system (e.g. JIRA)
