Responsibilities 

Conducts client discovery calls with NTT DATA sales representatives 

Understands client’s goals, objectives, and technical needs 

Translates client’s requests into requirements that can be shared with delivery teams 

Develops working relationships with clients to be viewed as a trusted advisor 

Understands and can articulate NTT DATA service offerings and client benefits 

Provides estimates and recommended team structures based on client requirements 

Works closely with the NTT DATA sales team to draft proposals or statements of work 

Supports the NTT DATA sales team with all technical or product related questions 

Provides presentations, demonstrations, or answers product questions from the client 

Performs periodic and post implementation reviews for lessons learned 

Understands different client industries, their IT challenges, and current pain points 

Keeps up to date with product knowledge and roadmaps for future applicability 

Requirements 

A degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field 

3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce or MuleSoft 

Familiarity with IT and represented products 

Excellent communication and presentational skills 

Exceptional interpersonal skills 

Attention to detail 

Ability to explain how products can be used in a solution to meet customer needs 

Preferred Qualifications 

Salesforce Consultant and/or Architect Certifications 

MuleSoft Developer and Architect Certifications "
