Taking over the preparation of quotations for modernization/expansion projectsProject processing within the set deadline and budget framework, adherence to the quotation process, synchronization of external and internal milestonesElaboration and analysis of customer requirements (technical), concept creation in cooperation with the responsible department Instruction or support in the creation of drawings and/or creation of drawings by hand.Arrangement, preparation and implementation of customer workshopsPreparation of technical and costing documentsSpecification, obtaining offers and support or calculation of all tradesSupporting sales and sales managers in technical matters as well as supporting and coordinating the specialist departments involvedCoordination with IT, electrical engineering, project management regarding commissioning procedures, performance acceptance, coordination regarding acceptance and ramp-up support

Qualifications

Higher degree (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, business administration with a focus on logistics) or a comparable qualificationIdeally project experience with strong cost, time and quality awarenessExperience in the logistics sector desirableGood communication skills, able to work across functional levels and geographical boundariesAbility to work in a team, change and problem-solving skills as well as analytical working methodsConstructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility and assertivenessWillingness to travel nationally and internationallyGood command of written and spoken English and Dutch (other languages advantageous)
