Solution engineers are key individual contributors in the region, essential for creating outstanding customer experiences through customized solutions and fostering innovation. They can function as a generalist, handling all the listed activities below, or specialize in one or more areas like CX consultancy, partnerships, solution and product, or industry specialization.
Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of customers’ businesses to identify which solutions and products can enhance their operations.
Design innovative solutions tailored to meet customers’ business needs.
Gather technical requirements and create technical solutions and service integration plans.
Address technical and security questionnaires.
Deliver engaging demos and proof of concepts (POCs).
Perform scoping exercises and provide service quote estimations.
Produce detailed and accurate technical documentation.
Configure and customize Infobip solutions to align with customer requirements.
Ensure timely, within scope, and budget project delivery, exceeding customer expectations.
Conduct consulting and solution enablement sessions, documenting meeting minutes.
Develop conversational workflows and strategies (dialog flows, wireframes, templates) for Infobip products.
Document and share solutions and best practices within the department through active participation in the Community of Practice.
Monitor market feature requirements and provide feedback to guide product feature development.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Infobip’s products and solutions, both technically and commercially, staying updated on changes and upgrades.
Qualifications:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or other related courses.
Over 5 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or systems applications consulting.
Technical knowledge in networking, connectivity, programming logic, and APIs is a plus.
Experience with CPaaS or SaaS is highly valued.
Solid engineering background with a genuine passion for technology.
Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
