Location:  1 Riverside Plaza, Columbus, OH 43215

Job Duties:

Deliver high quality architecture-based application integration solutions. Design MicroServices architectural structure using full stack knowledge. Build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software in compliance with internal architecture, development, and design standards and best practices. Use ReactJS and React Native to enhance web and mobile applications with new features and functionalities. Support and install software applications and lead the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software. Lead and mentor junior level solution engineers. Remote (where AEP has presence) work from home policy applies.

Salary range: $107,903 to $150,755 annually

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field and 5 years of experience in web application development, which must include 3 years of the following:  

Designing and delivering architecture-based application integration solutions in Agile environment.Applying Single Page Application (SPA) development model.Designing and developing responsive Web Applications using HTML5, CSS3, Media Queries, Bootstrap and ReactJS. Developing mobile apps using React Native, Java, and Oracle DB as its stack.Implementing OAuth identity management.Deploying code base through Git.Conducting performance testing.Responding, developing, and maintaining change request and incident tickets through ServiceNow.

Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience as specified above is acceptable.
