We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Techno-Functional Expert to join our team and support the implementation and ongoing operations of the Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM platform. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic initiative that will revolutionize how we manage our people processes at Nokia. 

We are looking for someone with:

2-5 years of experience in supporting and configuring SaaS-based HR solutions, ideally Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM. Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.Proven expertise in role setup and assignment within Oracle HCM.Experience with HCM Advanced Controls is a plus, or a willingness to obtain accreditation in this module.Experience in the configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud journeys/ onboarding module is a plus, as well as experience with Oracle visual builder studio (VBS).A strong technical mindset with skills in situational analysis, research, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.A background in HR processes and industry best practices.Experience with OTBI reports is a plus.Familiarity with SOX compliance audit procedures.A dedication to continuous learning and professional development.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.Flexibility to work in a global environment, excellent English communication skills, and strong teamwork abilities.
