We are seeking highly motivated and experienced senior Techno-Functional Experts to join our team and support the implementation and ongoing operations of the Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM platform. 

We are looking for someone with 

3-7 years of experience in supporting and configuring SaaS-based HR solutions, ideally Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM. Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus. Experience in the configuration of one or several of the following is a plus: Oracle HCM Compensation, Talent Management, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, and/ or Cloud Journeys/ Onboarding module.A strong technical mindset with skills in situational analysis, research, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. A background in HR processes and industry best practices. A dedication to continuous learning and professional development. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite. Flexibility to work in a global environment, excellent English communication skills, and strong teamwork abilities.

We are looking for individuals with a strong technical mindset and a passion for HR technology to join our team in one of the following roles: 

Solution Expert - Foundation and Core HR: Expertise and proven hands-on experience in implementation and maintenance of core HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, self-service tools, data model design, and foundation element setup. Solution Expert – Technical Cross-Domain: Expertise and proven hands-on experience in integrations, data loads, data models, HDL, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, and Oracle Guided Learning (OGL. Drive reporting and analytics capabilities within the HCM platform. Java script skills are a plus.
