Leverage your expertise to lead technical delivery in the Inflight Services Solution Centre, ensuring we deliver on our brand promise and drive organizational success together with our wide-reaching inflight services teams around the world.
Work closely with the developers, analysts, architects & vendors to architect and develop the best technical design. Conceptualise and propose solution approachesPlanning, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting IT products and applications or application interfaces to meet the customer needsContribution to estimations and resource planningAbility to work independently and with other teams and/or vendors to deliver business solutions and/or system interfaces that include technology implementations and/or adaptationsManage system cutover with data migration for major projectsProvide an escalation point for solution analysts or vendors or upstream/downstream team members for solution deliveryResponsible for application maintenance and striving for continuous improvements within the application lifecycleDrive business process engineering as requiredManage small to medium scale initiatives independently; Provide status updatesExposure to optimization technologies and interface design/implementation would be a plusRequirements
8+ years of hands-on coding experience and exposure to SDLC (preferably agile) is a mustProven verbal and written communication skillProfessional, passionate, innovative, self-motivated and able to present solutions to diverse groups of stakeholdersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity Proven troubleshooting skills: Ability to identify patterns and generate ideasFast learner with ability to work independently with minimum supervisionExposure to business process re-engineering is a plusExperience with Jeppesen Crew products including exposure to RAVE programming (or other equivalent) is preferableAirline (especially crew rostering, crew control) knowledge is highly beneficial Personal & Application Information
