Leverage your expertise to lead technical delivery in the Subsidiaries Solution Centre, ensuring we deliver on our brand promise and drive organizational success together with our subsidiary bodies.
Act as Technical Lead to drive Subsidiaries HRMS Transformation project deliveryPlan, design, review and govern all technical tasks in the project with all relevant Cathay IMT standardsCapture and communicate business directions, challenges and requirementsto drive business process re-engineering and standardizationRecommend the best practice, conceptualise and propose solution approaches to achieve solution transformation Lead Solution Analysts to work closely with internal teams and external vendors to achieve on-time deliveryLead team collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve all project activitiesManage system cutover with data migrationOn call support might be required upon project needRequirements
Degree qualification in Information Technology related discipline6+ years of related IT experience covering but not limited to solution definition, system analysis, system testing.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent decision-making and problem-solving skills with a change mindsetProven experience in leading technical teams and resources planning Proven experience in supporting HR related systems and business users managementExperience in HR System Development Projects or knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors is preferredExposure to business process re-engineering is a plusPersonal & Application Information
