Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Solution Lead Oracle Cloud ERP to join a SLED end client. You will be a part of a multi-year ERP modernization program for migrating and upgrading on-premises Oracle E-Business Financials, Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Applications, and Kronos Workforce Management system to the latest SaaS -based Oracle Cloud ERP Platform as part of a business and technology transformation. As a Solution Lead Oracle Cloud ERP, you will be responsible for helping to design and implement the Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud solution. You will work with the system integration team to validate the solution design and ensure it is implemented leveraging leading practices to build a secure, highly available, and performing ERP Cloud solution. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that is hybrid 2-3 days onsite at the end client HQ in Chicago, IL. Skills and Requirements - 10+ years of demonstrated experience as an ERP Solution Lead - 8+ years experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/Oracle EBS with a minimum of 2+ full lifecycle - 5+ years experience architecting and designing complex IT solutions on Oracle ERP Cloud stack - Experience leading technical solution design workshops and building technical strategies for conversion, integrations, reports, and extensions for Oracle Fusion implementations - Experience implementing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion technology solutions across multiple end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud implementations - Experience utilizing CI/CD (continuous delivery and continuous integration) - Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation Certification - Previous experience implementing an ERP for a SLED client (state, local, or education) - Experience designing and implementing third party SaaS solutions (ie.
