Solution Marketing Manager - Digital Transformation

Our Solution Marketing team is composed of experts in their field responsible for integrating our customers’ perspective and language into AppsFlyer to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expand the customer base, and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and growth. It is a unique team responsible for researching and leading collaborative, cross-departmental go-to-market and product solutions.

The mission of the Solution Marketing Manager - Digital Transformation is to spearhead our efforts in capturing the digital transformation market. This role is tasked with driving research and insights to build and execute solutions with the product and GTM teams that provide strong value to enterprises undergoing digital transformation, and ensuring AppsFlyer is positioned as a key enabler of their digital journey. 

You will be an integral part of our growing Solution Marketing team! The team operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, fostering innovation and collaboration across multiple key departments to drive the company's strategic goals. Each members bring a mix of creative, analytical, and strategic skills to the table, working together to address the complexities of marketing in the digital age.

What you’ll do:

Utilize your market experience and understanding to inform our go-to-market initiatives and influence our product roadmap. Continuously research the digital transformation sector to uncover key trends, pain points, and opportunities. Leverage analytics and customer insights to craft evidence-based strategies, ensuring our decisions are guided by data and aimed at measurable outcomes. Repackage AppsFlyer’s capabilities, product suite, and messaging and tailor supporting GTM initiatives to bring a compelling offering to the Digital Transformation market. Spearhead the development of solutions that address the specific challenges faced by our customers in their digital transformation journey by translating complex insights into actionable strategies Foster alignment on objectives, facilitate the sharing of insights and champion a unified approach to meet the needs of digital transformers.  Identify growth opportunities and catalyze action across the organization to seize these chances. Working with management, product teams, and customer-facing roles, you will uncover and pursue new avenues for growth, pushing for solutions that align with our digital transformers' objectives and challenges. Maintain key assets in collaboration with product managers, product marketing managers, and industry leads, ensuring our teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

What you have:

7+ years in omni-channel marketing roles in B2C brands OR consultancy to B2C brands going through digital transformation. Experience in leading an end-to-end digital transformation process within an enterprise. Leading cross-functional teams to implement and adopt digital technologies, to enhance customer experiences and engagement and to grow revenue. Data-driven mentality A “status quo - breaker” - someone who enters the rooms of other stakeholders in order to push things forward and their broader nature. A deep understanding and experience with customer-facing enterprises’ marketing tech stack. Experience working with engineering teams and comfortable with technical products. Experience with managing multiple projects and timelines efficiently with multiple stockholders. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional projects and teams. Results-driven professional, focusing on achieving tangible outcomes. We are working in a hybrid model and require office attendance Monday - Wednesday.

For our NY-based candidates, the expected On Target Earnings (OTE) are between $170,000 and $190,000 (including bonus or commission). The offer varies on many factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, references, etc.
