Responsibilities Make an impact You will be leading the development of Blueprint contents including documentation, tools and trainings for your solutions, fostering standardization and aiming for a more efficient sales and realization phase Provide expert advice to other business units within Swisslog, leveraging your logistics and solution design expertise Collaborate closely with various Swisslog departments, including Solution Management, Simulation, System Engineering and Product Development, to co-develop components of solution blueprints Ensure knowledge transfer to regional teams through webinars and training sessions that you will conduct Participate in and contribute to Project Design Review meetings at various levels Application Requirements What you need to succeed Master’s Degree in Logistics, Business Engineering, System Engineering, or a related field 8-10 years of experience in logistics and fulfillment consulting, logistics operations management, operations consulting, business modeling or solution design Strong background in process engineering, concept development and visualization Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex information, making it relevant and actionable for key stakeholders Proficient in English Skilled in developing Excel models (ROI, Flow, Stock) Team player with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in intralogistics operations (e.g., retail distribution, online order fulfillment), automated material handling equipment and warehouse management software is essential Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) to our Swisslog offices
