We are looking for a Solutions Principal I to work with the Professional Services team. Professional Services is part of our Global Customer Success organization. We provide solution services for identity and access management that support Customer and Workforce identities leveraging Ping software and cloud solutions. You Will: We are looking for someone who loves a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and being in the thick of the action. You have a passion for working with multiple groups such as legal, accounting, sales-ops, partners, clients, solutions principals, project managers and technical teams to develop and execute statements of work (SOW). The Solution Principal 1 will report to the North American Regional Director and will work closely with the Solution Principal and Technical Teams to support scope definition, developing quotes, writing client/ partner SOWs and handling logistical and administrative tasks to move opportunities closure. Work directly with sales team and clients to scope and gather requirements for implementation Develop statements of work (SOWs and subcontract SOWs) with the help of the team Purchase Order Management Partner Communications Client Communications Investigate and inform on Partner involvement Provide statuses to any involved teams Manage legal flow-downs Support RFP Responses Keep SFDC updated with appropriate forms and up-to-date information Build trusting relationships with all the people and groups you work
