Influence and drive the sales process while managing a multitude of stakeholders, creating executive alignment, driving mutual action plans to close, and generating quantifiable impact
Expert on MEDDPICC and know how to run a values-driven and consultative approach with your customers
Constantly collaborating with internal partners to move deals forward, ensure customer success, and be as forward-thinking and creative as possible when driving revenue growth
Operate as an exemplary brand ambassador for Loom, both internally and externally
5+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of over-attainment
Proven ability to learn new technology and products
Have clear examples of closing fast-paced and complex deals
Artist in selling value to C-level executives, while also multi-threading with IT and business users to build groundswell
Experience on a fast-growing sales team with a preference for hyper-growth and product-led companies. Comfortability in ambiguity
Strong communicator, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills, the ability and desire to find solutions and build processes where none previously exists
Thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and highly collaborative team environment.
