Solution Services, Marketing is the single point of contact for the HiTouch organization and sales reps needing marketing assistance help to sell all HiTouch categories. Solution Services Marketing coordinator all marketing efforts including weekly marketing specials, marketing emails in Marketo, marketing emails for sales reps to use, content creating and housing for digital flip books, social media posts, etc
+ Serve as primary coordinator of company’s marketing automation solution and become subject matter expert
+ Work with current team to develop and publish creative nurturing campaigns to help move contacts and prospects through the customer journey
+ Maintain elementary understanding of how HiTouch uses and works in Marketo
+ Build, test and, email campaigns, sales templates, and newsletters
+ Implement and monitor automated email marketing program assets (email creative, list segmentation, landing page and forms)
+ Track and report on all marketing campaign performance and demand generation efforts
+ Create email templates and other assets in Salesforce/ to assist sales in communicating with prospects and current accounts
+ Monitor individual email performance, identify potential problems and implement changes to improve deliverability and engagement
+ Assist in maintaining contact database health and functionality for marketing purposes
**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum one-year experience in an office environment
+ 1+ years’ experience in sales marketing or digital marketing
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills with an emphasis in spelling and grammar
+ Excellent organizational skills • Proven multi-tasking capability and solid organizational skills
+ Ability to interact professionally with people at all levels in the organization
+ Basic computer skills to include; Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
+ Ability to work independently
+ Team player
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 1+ years’ experience in sales marketing or digital marketing
+ Basic marketo email campaign building capabilities
+ Strong computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
+ Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-level projects simultaneously, while maintaining keen attention to detail
+ 1-2 years supporting a sales or marketing organization that spans multiple locations
+ Experience in maintaining a professional attitude while managing multiple deadline-oriented projects
