What the role looks like:   

Engage with B2B clients new to the platform advertising, guiding them through account setup and product access.

Assist experienced clients in launching live paid campaigns and achieving desired results.

Provide support to active customers requiring assistance with ongoing campaigns.

Conduct outbound communication to evaluate leads and book meetings for further discussion.

Lead virtual meetings to understand customer needs and assess potential for advertising.

Educate customers on platform’s products and functionalities through clear and informative communication.

Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and effective pipeline management.

Handle inbound leads with priority, providing responsive and personalized support.

Maintain a strong time-management plan to achieve individual and team KPIs and objectives.

Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialists to transition qualified leads and optimize campaigns.

Hybrid working mode: Wed and Thursday from the office

Working hours: 10am-7pm

Your profile:   

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent proficiency in Spanish and English – written and verbal.

Ability to conduct virtual meetings and presentations in a professional manner.

Proficiency in time management and prioritization to handle a high volume of leads.

Understanding of sales funnel concepts and pipeline management – preferable.

Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising principles is preferred – preferable.

Previous experience in lead generation or sales is advantageous.

Familiarity with LinkedIn's platform and advertising solutions is a plus.

Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
