Solution Support Engineer

In this role you’ll play a part in developing Customer-Centric Observability, an innovative model that leverages customer experience data to detect, scope and correct critical issues that directly impact our customers. This model expands on the traditional monitoring landscape and requires collaboration with product teams and operations for development and execution. You will also evaluate existing high priority incidents for potential communications to support our 24x7 Integrated Outage Communication program. Our group has lofty, game changing goals to harmonise the way SAP classifies, prioritises and communicates degradations, disruptions and outages across all lines of business. **The Role:** In this role you will have the opportunity to expand the following skillsets: + Technical monitoring tools usage and development + Project management + Process improvement + Knowledge transfers and change management **Role Requirements:** + Experience with one or more of the following: + **Technical and product expertise in at least one SAP Cloud solution** + **Industry leading monitoring tools (Splunk/Dynatrace/etc.)** + Software performance troubleshooting + Proven ability to solve complex problems leveraging strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills + Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to work with stakeholders in real-time + Thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment + Self-starter with the willingness to learn and act without requiring detailed instructions **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree with a technical discipline + 3 Years working with a web-based software solution + 3 Years of experience in a previous Technical Support, Consulting, or Engineering role + Experience working with issues related to system latency ​ **Bring out your best** SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
