Solution Support Engineer-SAP Commerce Cloud

What you’ll do

Your role would be to cooperate with the team in their daily work and gather knowledge in new technologies. If you join us, you will:

Responsible for day-to-day customer care and administration of cloud services Respond to escalated customer service issues using email, phone, and web conference technology Work within a global support team covering 24x7x365 Use your skills to work with a fast-growing e-commerce platform in collaboration with multiple teams Exchange knowledge and experience within the qualified team and is able to write effective handoff from shift-to-shift for cloud support issues Collaborate closely with development team for deep technical analysis of issues Contribute to feature enhancements, documentation and knowledge-based articles Explore the possibilities of our SAP Commerce Cloud solutions, Carry out testing and deployment activities Develop internal tools and processes optimizations Work with such technologies as: Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, SAP Cloud Commerce, JAVA, Spring, Splunk, Kibana, JVM

 

 

What you bring     

Influent verbal and written English skill Be prepared for technical communication with other engineers Be prepared for Customer facing communication in English Have experience with computer science gathered from: application development, research, individual projects, former employment, or other experience sources Proven experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems

 

Additionally, we require, that you’re fluent in at least two of the below technologies:

Object Oriented Programming – Java Language Experience with Linux based systems Middleware applications – Apache, Tomcat Managing Kubernetes cluster Experience in writing/modifying scripts to improve monitoring and automation (Python, Perl, Shell, etc.)

Having knowledge in any of the below technologies is also nice-to-have:

Spring Framework JS Frameworks like Angular, Node Knowledge of relational databases Knowledge of search engine like Solr, Elasticsearch Understanding Web Technologies Cloud Hyperscalers (especially Microsoft Azure) Knowledge of modern e-Commerce solutions Dynatrace APM or other monitoring tools Fluent Japanese and or Korean verbal and written skill

As a Cloud Platform and Product Support Engineer you will collaborate closely with other developers and infrastructure teams to deliver high quality support to our customers.
