Your role and responsibilities

This is a technical Leadership role in Cloud and AI platform in ABB Ability™ Genix - industrial analytics and artificial intelligence Platform in business area Process Automation located in Bangalore. You will be leading the Product delivery team including Platform Services at Ability Innovation Center (AIC), home to the largest technology and engineering pool in ABB globally and is a part of ABB Global Industries and Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of ABB. It is based in Bangalore, the silicon-valley of India. Its unique infra-structure places research, development, engineering, and service teams under one roof, increasing collaboration and reducing time to market, with no compromise on quality.We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Engineering Manager to join our team and lead the development and advancement of ABB Ability™ Genix, with a specific focus on deployment automation, packaging, and Core Technical Capabilities. Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Proven experience (15+ years) in a technical leadership, working with software engineering teams. Primary Skills : Application development skills (Angular, .Net core C# Full stack), Data Science, Analytics, AI & ML, ETL, Databases, Security, DevOps & deployment automation.\tProject Implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall & Iterative) \tSecondary Skills: Data Analyst, Domain Skills & Advance features/ Coding guidelines, .Net Standard & Framework\tStakeholder management: Identify and prioritize key stakeholders (external & internal), Understand and align stakeholder expectations\t Excellent communication skills, Expert in delegating tasks, Mediator, Reward achievements\tNice to Have :.NetCore, C#, WebAPI & Entity Framework Core (Databases), Azure deployment, Service fabric & Kubernetes
