Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related fieldDemonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-makingAdvanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboardsStrong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiencesAdvanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives. A strong understanding of Payments business function in the firm, as well as a broader understanding of other areas.Proficiency in business applications, data usage, and management. Ability to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals. Knowledge of End to End lifecycle across ACH, RTGS, RTP, Open Banking. Knowledge of SWIFT Standards: Knowledge of SWIFT architecture, messaging middleware design and ISO 20022 and MT message formats.Must have executed project using the Agile & waterfall mythology
