Join our innovative and collaborative team as we deliver extraordinary digital experiences for some of the world’s largest brands!    Position Summary:  The Adobe Commerce Solutions Architect (SA) will work to help develop a strong understanding of the client needs from a technical perspective. They will assist in the estimation of the technical work effort required for all projects and provide technical scope and defining requirements. They will architect the solution, translate use cases into technical development tasks and ensure completed development tasks meet the customer requirements. The SA interprets client requirements, business processes, and use cases to produce quality technical designs. Job Duties & Responsibilities: + Defines and documents the technical requirements with the client and internal team. + Manages technical risk related to complexity, data integration, scalability, and performance. + Creates work estimates and documents assumptions to provide a solid foundation for proposals and change control. + Provides guidance to development teams to ensure that the requirements are followed and implemented accordingly. + Have an understanding of key ecommerce technologies and integrations. (e.g. Magento 2, ERP, PIM, ESP, CRM, etc.) + Provide proof of concept solutions when necessary to validate that an approach will meet the customer's business requirements. + Works with the Technical Architecture team to define the implementation and approach for customizations, interfaces, systems architecture, data flow and data-architecture/data-model. + Work with different internal and external teams to complete tasks. Identify when other skill sets and team members are necessary to complete tasks accordingly. + Provides quality documentation to the development team, client and other key stakeholders. + Identify and communicate any risks or roadblocks identified while working on a project. Work towards a solution with internal team members. + Ability to map business requirements into the technical capabilities of the ecommerce platform as well as guide clients business needs back to the appropriate use of the platform. + Receive feedback on documentation and requirements and adjust accordingly. Pivot and document plans or create new requirements based on feedback or new information as projects progress. + Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties identified above. + Continued learning on primary platforms and technologies. Qualifications: + Frequent travel is required during the planning phases of projects to meet with clients/stakeholders (this will taper down once a project begins) + Nice to have: fluency in both Spanish and English + Working experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) + Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) Certification a plus + 3+ years of Solutions Architecture experience + Former experience architecting Adobe Commerce/Magento solutions + Prior experience defining and creating technical documentation and requirements + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Superior relationship building and interpersonal skills + Proven track record of obtaining and exceeding goals + Ability to maintain confidentiality as appropriate + Excellent Client-facing Presentation and Communication Skills + Proficient in deciphering business goals and gathering information to determine the most appropriate solutions given the goals, budget, platform, etc. The US average base salary range for this full-time contract position is $120,000 - $170,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, but they are subject to change based on the following factors: role, experience level, education/certification, job-related skills, and working location.
