About this position
The Solutions Architect provides leadership for designing the best solutions based on business and functional requirements. The core responsibility of this role is the implementation, development, integration, enhancement and optimization of assigned applications. The role will work closely with IT leadership, IT governance groups, and business process owners to execute on organizational strategy for a specific business domain. The solutions architect must feel comfortable in a highly versatile role and be able to operate in multiple IT capacities including application administration, business analysis, and project management. The solutions architect should possess a high level of technical expertise for assigned technologies along with a deep understanding of the associated business domains.
Requirements
Education
• BA/BS in information technology, healthcare or related business
Experience
• At least 7 years of experience in a healthcare related organization, using information technology in daily operations.
• Any combination of education and related experience totaling 12 years may be considered. • Demonstrated ability to solve large, complex problems that span multiple disciplines.
• Application design experience in large scale, enterprise wide systems.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor and/or influence others.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Business process and customer experience mapping experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence a group to build consensus.
• Demonstrated ability to probe for information about the underlying needs of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, analyze and synthesize data to support efficient and effective decision making.
• Knowledge of healthcare processes and application system coordination.
Epic certifications in Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, Ambulatory,
Licensure/Certification
• Maintain professional/clinical competence, certification and/or licensure as applicable
NMHC Standard
• Certified training, followed by demonstrated competency certification in applicable software within six (6) weeks of class completion

Salary Range: N26 ($46.76 - $70.14), based on experience
Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
