● Establish and lead the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and frameworks to align with organizational
objectives.
● Drive architectural governance, ensuring adherence to standards and policies across all architecture domains.
● Partner with executive stakeholders to translate business strategies into actionable architecture initiatives.
● Oversee the creation and maintenance of enterprise capability strategies, roadmaps, and technical playbooks.
● Ensure solutions are designed for Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, and Cost
Optimization.
Strategic Direction and Stakeholder Engagement
● Engage with C-suite stakeholders and external partners to promote strategic enterprise initiatives.
● Define and drive the adoption of architectural standards, fostering enterprise agility and digital transformation.
● Represent the architecture function in key organizational committees and initiatives.
Solution Development and Delivery
● Oversee solution design for complex IT and digital transformation projects across multiple industries (e.g., IT,
Retail, BFSI, Healthcare).
● Ensure solution architectures integrate seamlessly with enterprise strategies, systems, and processes.
● Guide the selection of emerging technologies and innovative approaches for business value realization.
People and Performance Management
● Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing architecture team, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and
professional growth.
● Monitor team performance and manage resources effectively to deliver quality outcomes.
● Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the architecture team.
Knowledge Management and Organizational Development
● Establish processes for knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of architecture methodologies.
● Act as a thought leader, driving technical innovation and contributing to the organization’s competitive edge.
